Cymphonix Certified Salesperson
This CCS training teaches attendees more about the secure web
gateway market, the Cymphonix story, giving you valuable insights into selling Cymphonix products, and unique place in that
market, provides a competitive overview, explains how to establish the ROI-business case, and
teaches you how to demo, show, price, and quote Cymphonix products.
Cymphonix Certified Administrator
The CCA training is designed to teach basic administration of Network Composer and the goal for graduates is to master the reporting functions of the Composer and understand basic policy creation and editing for content filtering, threat filtering, bandwidth management, and application shaping and prioritization. They will also gain invaluable knowledge for general usage, system updates, and minor troubleshooting of Network Composer.
Cymphonix Certified Engineer
The CCE training is aimed at your technical personnel who will deploy Network Composer in your customer's environments. The training covers topology scenarios, installation best practices, configuration, troubleshooting, directory integration, custom signatures, advanced filtering methods, high availability, and CMR. This is the most technical and advanced training provided by Cymphonix.
Once a Sales Engineer becomes certified in all three areas, they are then eligible to be invited into an elite group known as the Cymphonix Sentinels.
